In the soft neon by the bay, two men searched for her.
She turned, watching their home.
A giant wheel turning under the dark of shadows cast by greater forms, their steel bones hidiven within shells of concrete and glass and moved only by the wind and the unseen life traveling throughout it like an endless, eroding stream. She was there, waiting, hidiven amongst a family that did not know her.
